This role offers the opportunity to lead a significant national sales operation, manage complex channel strategies, and work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Role Purpose

​

To lead and execute the national sales strategy across multiple channels, ensuring strong commercial performance, effective stakeholder management, and consistent execution at retail level.

 

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Define and implement the national sales strategy in line with overall business objectives.

  • Lead sales operations across key channels including department stores, key accounts, retail chains, and specialty outlets.

  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales organization with clear targets and accountability.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and drive effective in-store execution and visibility.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and market analysis.

  • Partner with marketing and trade teams to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Ensure strong sales capability through structured training, product knowledge, and service standards.

  • Work closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and availability across channels.

  • Manage sales budgets and resource allocation.

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies.​

Candidate Profile

​

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within consumer goods

  • Strong exposure to managing multi-channel retail environments

  • Proven stakeholder management and negotiation capability with key accounts

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing large sales teams

  • Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Willingness to travel domestically as required
